These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you have authority to enter into this Agreement and to bind any entity on whose behalf you act.

3. Account Registration & Security

Registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating your account.

Credentials. Keep your password and login confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Services Overview

Pickori enables browsing, purchasing, and shipping of Korean-sourced clothing, accessories, and lifestyle goods for mothers and babies. We may offer features such as wishlists, order tracking, customer support chat, and personalized recommendations.

5. Purchases & Payments

Pricing. All prices are displayed in USD and exclude shipping/taxes unless otherwise noted.

Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation. A binding contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email.

6. User Obligations

Lawful Use. You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and marketplace rules.

Prohibited Conduct. No fraudulent orders, reselling without authorization, reverse engineering, or spamming the Services.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Pickori are owned by HASHSHOP INC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services as permitted herein; you may not copy, modify, or redistribute any content.

8. User Content

Uploads & Reviews. Any photos, reviews, or comments you post (“User Content”) grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display them.

Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described there.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

“As-Is” Basis. We provide the Services without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid Pickori in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pickori, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claim or loss arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your User Content.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or inactivity. You may close your account at any time by contacting official@pickoristore.com.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (without conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in King County, WA, under the AAA rules.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
